CLIMATE ASSESSMENT

Our “whole systems” approach is designed to learn about the health of the organization. Climate reflects the attitudes of top management, the commitment of line management, personnel policies, and the organization’s approach toward development.

Assessment is to ascertain a picture of the
human resource development climate in general, and the attitudes of employees and management in particular. From an assessment, we can target, specify, and identify future actions such as: designing an annual training plan, creating Individual Development Plans and identifying performance goals.
